If the HRO gets thrown, I think it's important to remember that the waste of human progress that is Nick Rekieta is still staring down the barrel of a month in jail and is still on probation until 2030.

3. Sue Aaron as Rekieta Law LLC, presumably for damages by claiming that Aaron going on the Kino Casino and revealing everything damaged Nick's business
4. At this point Aaron will be bankrupt and kill himself (Nick's claimed he won't stop as long as Aaron is breathing)

Nick knows that getting Aaron to kill himself won't do shit to help him, he just wants revenge on the guy that confirmed that Nick's a liar and piece of shit and wants to drag him down with him.
