Everyone should expect it to get deferred because Nick is about as average as far as reprobate drug offenders go and hasn't immediately started openly using or gotten arrested for DV/etc like most niggers do.

Most likely they defer it further and continue to use it as a threat to make him behave sufficiently well.

I'd be very happily surprised if he did any time at all over a first drug offense especially when Minn. seems so soft on crime.
