Plagued /r/TNOmod and the Reddit HOI4 modding community - When a subreddit for a video game mod turns to utter insanity

After finally getting round to retrying Thousand Week Reich, the new (not brand new) version of the mod is just downright not fun (at least compared to the previous version. Especially with how the tech tree now works, where you HAVE to use special projects to research. A lot of the special projects stuff doesn't work as well. Cruisers won't actually spawn upon unit completion, and Nukes are just a waste of time given that you need to be nuked first to use them (the only exception is the US' decision but even then you won't be able to use them as Germany, or at least when I did a Goering run).

TWR became big by not being TNO in a TNO like setting. The mod devs then thought that their mod should become like TNO.

Remember Red Flood? More specifically the Churchill path in India? Supposedly, it's the worst path in the mod with the devs comparing RF Churchill to Hitler. To give you some perspective on what he does... He forces them to abandon Hinduism, forces them to speak English, sees them as subhuman, authorizes the use of Chlorine gas willynilly against rebeks and puts the survivors to work in labor camps.
I predict that in 80 or so years after Churchill's rule, India will be a stable democracy with a population of 300 million and fully Chtistianized.

Better a disunited and fragmented anarchic India than a unified "stable" India. Also, I neglected to mention that Churchill is the 2nd worst path, 1st place goes to Savitri Devi who legalizes cannibalism and human sacrifice and Kali worship.

funniest part is that you can take the "sane" route and leave the poor hindus alone, but churchill will always sperg out and then get deported to london to be persecuted for shit he did

He got a job working on CK3. What position I do not know, but he was never known for his coding ability so it may be a QA or some sort of creative position.
