Aaron writing a shitty note like this and the continuance still being granted would be the funniest thing in the world...

But doesn't Aaron have to request a date for the new hearing?

He's fucked and going to have to represent himself and his daughter's going right back onto Melton's pedotips.

Fuck Aaron.
Minnesota is a fucking shit-hole that allows a nonstop influx of Somalian shitskins, so apparently the legal process means nothing and he will probably be found True & Honest. The insanely lowered expectations of Minnesota allows Steel Toe to be correct. He is so fucking retarded they will potentially agree with him.

Live reenactment of Aaron's legal prowess:
If you are or know any gun people, you may be aware of the SIG P320 issues, about them firing when doing nothing, like just sitting in a holster. Word is some PMO (or whatever the Air Force calls their police) took the holster off his belt, put it on his desk, and the barrel of the gun was pointing at him, and it fired and hit the dude in his chest, killing him. It's one thing to be able to say you shot yourself, it's another to not only shoot but successfully kill yourself. I find the latter more akin to Aaron and his retardation.

For the proverbial "two more weeks" to be exact, this time before Judge Churchwell, again out of Douglas County. Apparently even the 0-2 boxer knows how to pull off a rope-a-dope, and all by his lonesome against an experienced licensed attorney at that. Another win for the Toe?

(By the way, despite passing noon today with every expectation that there would be a hearing tomorrow, those dopes STILL haven't filed their exhibit list. Fingers crossed that when they do at 11:59 PM on August 4th, they'll end up having Ty Beard's luck.)

As much as I’d like you to be right, Minnesota is a fucking shit-hole that allows a nonstop influx of Somalian shitskins, so apparently the legal process means nothing and he will probably be found True & Honest. The insanely lowered expectations of Minnesota allows Steel Toe to be correct.
I still think that Aaron getting a continuance would be the 2nd funniest outcome because Nick thought the professional one filed by a lawyer was bullshit, so one this shitty filed by Aaron still being approved would make Nick go ballistic.

First is they make him represent himself and he still wins.

Edit:
Lol

Fuck Aaron. I'm on Nick's side exclusively in the "Aaron should kill himself" camp
The funniest thing in the world would be this faggot representing himself and getting the HRO on both nonce and nonce shield anyway (who are represented by that Frank White whatever fat skinwalker).
The likelihood of this happening is zero because Aaron Imholte is Arron Imholte.

Nick’s lawyer is claiming a further first amendment violation the longer the TRO is in place.

Clearly he doesn’t pay attention to his client lmao.

omeone else brings it up they say “I didn’t renew my license, I can’t practice.” They don’t see it as a feather in their caps, and if they wanted to renew their licenses they could. Whereas Nick has been barred by the authorities from practicing law and that is what he’s got to
He's a cuck "lawyer", much like he's a cuck in every other aspect of his life. He can sit in the corner and watch people competent at it, do it, while he malds.

Thanks for the update, pro se Aaron getting (what seems to be) a continuance against Nick despite his best seething efforts is excellent news.
Anything that makes Nick mad is good and just.

Another Win for the TOE!!!

Why is White (via Rekieta) such whiney faggots.
"Yes Francis, I want him to have only three days to either find new counsel or mount a pro se defence."
Because whining is easier than being steadfast and principled (muh constitution for me but not for thee). Also Celeste's checks still clear.

I would love to know what the "negative impact" from the HRO is for Nick's "occupation"
Nick is ignoring it anyway and keeps not only talking about Aaron, but is actively harassing him with his commentary and mentioning/tagging him on social media daily.

The negative impact on him is zero because he simply does not give a shit about court orders.

I hope the juge have seen that Nicks actual reason for opposing continuance isn't for any of the reasons his lawyer stated. Nick has on stream said the only reason he is oppose is to be defiant and a nuisance. But I doubt the judge have seen it.
That being said I would be surprised if an continuance isn't granted. Having to change lawyer is a compelling reason that would outweigh "adverse effects". It might not be a long one, but a few weeks would not be outside what I would expect.

It appears Aaron is going for new counsel.
Has a small, hopeful ember for a Rekieta/Melton feltening been kindled?
The longer the hearing is delayed, the more ammunition they are giving to Aaron.
They are literally ignoring the temporary court order. If this additional delay was part of a strategy, then it was 4D chess.

It was already granted, it's at the top of the image MNPR posted. We don't have formal response about the hearings from the court, but they are listed as occurring August 5th now.
