Hey Nick, how exactly does it affect your occupation? After all your occupation is allegedly streaming, and you regularly claim you never talk about Aaron on your show, so why would being prevented from talking about Aaron on stream affect your job huh?

He can't talk about the joys of sucking man-juice out of a communal wife's vagina; with his former boyfriend stifling his speech.

I thought Nick's job was putting up road signs for the County?

The longer the temporary order goes, the more likely Nick looses. He literally can't seem to help him self from continuing to make Aaron's case stronger.

It seems like you guys all are saying that Nick is purposefully denying reality for his fans in his seethe streams, but I think he actually just doesn't understand the legal standard for harassment. He thinks he can just say "muh first amendment" and slide on anything, it is actually one of the few things he's been consistent on over his entire legal arc.

As a laymen who's wondered the same thing, this is the way it was explained to me.

A lawyer is someone who studied law / went to law school. An attorney is someone who studied law / went to law school and passed the State Bar to be licensed to practice law. Most people use them interchangeably, but unless it's your field and your amongst peers; laymen don't really draw the distinction, but there's a fine line between a lawyer and an attorney. Ergo, Nick is a Lawyer who can't practice, because he doesn't have his license; Nick is a lawyer (believe it or not), he is currently not an attorney.
You cannot hold yourself out as a lawyer (or attorney) if in MN if you are not admitted and in good standing. Period.

Some states/ at some points made a distinction btw lawyer and attorney, but not much now, and absolutely not in Minnesota.

You can include J.D. after your name if you don't keep up your license, but you cannot present as a lawyer or any of its variations.

@Folgers Can I chalk it up to a cocktail of cachexia from Jamaican-imported AIDS, compounded by immunosuppression after a run-in with swinger stripper dick, and naturally, toxoplasmosis followed, courtesy of his principled refusal to clean up cat shit.
Nick did say he had a low white blood cell count back close to the worst day ever video. ( HIV Jamaican strain ) would explain his red flush skin all the time for his anti AIDS drugs.

Fuck Aaron. I'm on Nick's side exclusively in the "Aaron should kill himself" camp
I wouldn't go nearly that far, but I really think people in this thread need to start tempering their expectations when it comes to Aaron. This Keystone Cops bullshit from him is getting REALLY old.

It's good that he just got a continuance till the 5th, but it was also good that he previously got a continuance and got a new lawyer, only to lose that lawyer and need this continuence.

Oh, BTW, the plurality (also affectionately known as the "nothing ever happens bros") just won:

(Ignore the checkmark, as that's just what I voted for).

I dunno if @AltisticRight wants to reset the poll or not, or just let people move their votes around as they see fit.

One logical reason here for the attorney not filing the continuance is that he or she told him, first request the continuance yourself as it is cheaper. His new attorney will probably be announcing he has been retained soon. I don't know that he is lying about having a new attorney. I don't think there can be argument made that he already has council and he is lying about having one. He is going to need to get the new attorney up to speed. Just facts.
He isn't confirming that he already has one and I don't think the judge cares if he files the extension rather than the attorney. Maybe I'm missing something here.

Aaron and his ex-wife want to win their HRO cases, not fuck around with predatory homosexuals who can outspend them. So in this new total war scenario playing the victim and getting what he wants from the court is a good get. Plus it's another extension of the TRO, another good window for cokestream 2: adderall boogaloo.
Just get your favorite snacks, hydrate and wait for Rekieta's next faggotorious meltdown. He's dead already remember, we're just hearing the gasses escape :)

I'm of the Don Johnson school of thought: Expect Nothing. When I expect nothing, the good things are that much a better surprise and the bad things are that less a letdown. And I can say the same thing for anything that happens: "Well isn't that interesting!"

...In the case of Cuck v Cuck, expecting nothing ensures the twists and turns are entertaining. My bias is admittedly toward seeing Nick seethe, only because I see him as the worst human, but damn I love to see @Null's Total Balldo Victory video.

Why is White (via Rekieta) both such whiney faggots.
"Yes Francis, I want him to have only three days to either find new counsel or mount a pro se defence."
Here is my probably inaccurate legal analysis: If he were to agree with White that the hearing needs held as planned, then that means the judge has made a decision without hearing the arguments. And I don't think when the party initiates action to challenge the HRO, that isn't the way it is suppose to work. The judge shouldn't be making a decision until he hears the arguments in court from both sides. A decision at this point would be premature. So the notion that the judge should not delay it based on the idea it is frivolous I think would be inappropriate.

Nick and Melton are the ones challenging the HRO. Aaron has the right to respond and be represented by legal council. Suffa bisch.

It's not even that deep. As Sean said a few days ago, it's perfectly normal to permit a short extension due to hiring counsel. In spite of the plight sperging in the response, what's the actual harm of Nick not being able to talk about Aaron? He's ignored it, and he doesn't hardly stream. Now, it might be hitting Melton a bit more, but he still could stream.

Now, this recent departure of Aaron's previous counsel is irregular, but it could be innocuous. It's also clear White is a puppet for Nick, and it's making both White and his clients look like assholes. Not a good first foot to put forward in HRO cases.

Nah, they can change it.
I felt like it'll be a continuance because the lawyers might argue that they want more time to prepare more stuff. I didn't expect a sudden withdrawal. I don't believe for a second that Aaron fired his new lawyer but that wouldn't be the dumbest thing he's done either way.

But according to Nick he needs to be aggressive and hostile out of the gate when it is frivolous. In case it wasn't obvious, I am being sarcastic. lol

It usually takes many years after an HIV infection for CD4+ counts to drop significantly. I don’t buy into all this speculation and find it rather absurd. He’s a drug addict, caught up in petty conflicts. Is it really so hard to believe that his disheveled and unkempt appearance is simply the result of years of drug abuse, which not only cause serious health problems but also lead to neglecting the basic health habits most adults maintain?
