The only thing that Nick has been consistent on (other than Israel) for the duration of his show is hating white women, the idea of marriage, and heterosexuality in practice.

When he had that debate with the blonde kid last year (I forget his name), Nick outright said that he wasn’t straight because he’s never been with a woman.

Nick’s made some Freudian slips as well when he says, “having sex with a WOMAN is gay” or “having sex with YOUR WIFE is gay” rather than just saying, “having sex is gay.”

That’s why he doesn’t bat an eyelash with hanging out with Kami, Milo or Ali but is repulsed by the idea of Jaden having a girlfriend.
