I don't know if someone's into data analysis, but here's an export of every single heartbound review, done via
https://project.joshhills.dev/steam-review-explorer.
Edit: some stats
Since last year, there has been 1107 reviews.
Out of all these reviews, 265 are positive, 842 are negative. (~1:3.2)
Out of all these reviews within refund range (<2h), 42 are positive, 341 are negative. (~1:8 )
Out of all these reviews outside the refund range, 223 are positive, 501 are negative. (~1:2.2)
While there is a decent amount of bias towards negativity in short term reviews,
the vast majority of negative reviews are outside refund range.
Therefore, Mald's claim that people are buying the game, rating, and refunding it contributing to the review bombing is very much deflecting.
1:2 review ratio would still be a 33% positive score in the past year, which would at minimum be "Mostly Negative" for the entire year.
Edit2: 30 days:
There has been 640 reviews in the past 30 days.
Out of all of these, 53 are positive, 587 are negative.
Within refund range, 11 are positive, 247 are negative.
Outside refund range, 42 are positive, 340 are negative.
Even without the refund-range negative reviews, that's still a ratio of ~1:6.4, or 13.5% of reviews being positive, AKA
still overwhelmingly negative.
