It's still so odd (and retarded) that there was such a sudden and hard flip on everything Epstein-related by everyone close to Trump. To go from "I have everything on my desk" to "nothing exists" then "It's all fake and gay", followed by "Obama did it," and now I'm not sure what the current claim is, is just so obviously weird.
They should've just rereleased old stuff, deleted everything they could, and completely ignored it afterwards. People would've moved on, like they do with everything in the news. But nope. Like all lolcows do, Trump screwed himself into this situation. It is fascinating to watch, though.
They were/are both attracted to relatives as well.

Its textbook narcissism. If you've ever cornered a narcissist in a lie, it's CRAZY how many times the story will change, sometimes in the same sentence.
I had the most narc boss (We'll call him....Don) ever who I started to record conversations with because they were so full of half truths, contradictions, gaslighting and compliment bombing that I needed something to make me feel less crazy. I encouraged a coworker to do the same and he played a conversation for me that was truly insane. Without giving too much detail, the coworker had been promised a location change, and when paperwork time came it was denied and he was pointed to Don. But Don had promised it, how could he then deny it behind his back? Here's how his conversation with Don went:
"I never said you couldn't move, actually I want you to relocate, I recommended it, I told Nick but Nick must not have understood, you know what I Bob and Joe are so bad at their jobs they probably fucked this up, I will definitely fix it, I think it was actually a decision from the CEO, but I'll talk to her because you are an amazing employee and I already told the manager at X to expect you and youll be so good! You know, I bet my email went to junk, I'll fix it--"
Etc, etc etc, over a 4 minute phonecall and guess what? Coworker was never relocated and eventually just quit. I imagine Trump is very similar to this, and guess who my boss Don looked up to?
