Even though he's down over 116,000 followers on Twitch and 240,000 on YouTube over the past 30 days, he is still banning like a boss.
It has slowed down a bit, since he's barely breaking 4K views nowadays, but he's still permanently silencing anyone going against the grain. I almost respect it at this point. What a nut.

I'm talking out my ass, so I'll salt my own post before I make it.

"It's own entity" sounds like either an LLC or some other equivalent that establishes it with its own mailing address or PO box. I would imagine they'd need to also register it as a rescue(and not as a branch of piratesoftwares nebulous llc) with a government body.

I highly doubt, with no real knowledge on the matter, that what Mald is doing constitutes a rescue in the eyes of Washington state.

My guess is that in addition, if he does have to cut, he will cut the people with the least dirt on him, regardless of that employees skill or merit. Mald prefers loyalty over competency.

First thing people do when they have no direction or content in a game is to muck it up. The point being made in that video is that Jason has a Twitch channel that displays the animals for profit, and that needs to be licensed according to the law, which he hasn't done.

I've only watched some snippets today, but I get the feeling that mald is disappointed with today's Blockgame launch.
You know how people are often happier anticipating a vacation than actually being on one? I think it's like that.

He had this vision of the server being up, people organically having fun and creating cool things in his sandbox, while he gets to watch and rule.
Occasionally banning an exploiter and making a big deal of it, "NOT ON MY WATCH!", as the community applauds.
Competitive leaderboards, rich factions, the famous Pirate Software Blockgame!

In practice, it's the audience he cultivated: retarded kids.
And what happens when you patch together 50+ minecraft mods and call it an MMO? You get a VERY bugged, exploitable MMO.
And what happens when you only have retarded kids playing a very bugged exploitable MMO?
There are going to be tons of server pauses, rollbacks, mass bans, etc, all contributing to turn more and more against him.

AND, he now has to maintain all this crap and deal with the drama and abuse that's going to happen around the clock, on top of the peak internet hate.
He won't get to truly enjoy the emperor chair as he thought he would. Should have sticked with Heartbound, faggot.

He is licensed in florida but currently lives in asia so no. He does have a weird past aswell, he runs a channel name goEast where he teaches about how to move to various asian countries and unless you want to be REALLY charitable it is clearly him teaching people how to got to Thailand, Indonesia etc and fuck/marry their favorite hooker.

It's actually comical watching this retard trying to "gamedev". Literally copypastes everything from the existing stuff, even names that you could just type out but no he copypastes it then deletes some of it then rewrites it again, cancelling out the whole purpose of the copypaste. (example, copypasting "BEE", then backspacing "EE and typing "ee", copypasting "true" then backspacing and rewriting it to "false")
Next he gets genuinely excited whenever something actually works that he just tinkered on.
Constantly just searches the github for what seem to be the most basic functions that after "developing" this shit for so long he should at least have some knowledge of.
Whenever there is an actual hurdle he seems to freeze up and tries to change the topic, I guess hoping that his tardwrangles sneak in there and fix it for him?
I can actually so believe that ex roomate woman who said bro just literally sits around doing nothing of actual value and then has people with any knowledge fly in and just sweep up after him.
