I was on a 4chan thread of someone crying about his girlfriend leaving him over a loli video game. I politely pointed out that "it's a drawing" is at best a legal defense, not a moral one. Seething lolisharts immediately jumped at me with their typical "SO YOU WANT REAL MORALS APPLIED TO FICTION YOU THINK VIOLENT GAMES MAKE YOU A MURDERER" cope when that was not even the fucking point. They truly don't understand others have a personal right to disown their degeneracy whether its illegal or not. I think their insufferable cunt-nugget persecution complex mentality is nearly as pathetic as the actual content.

Japan doesn't have the fair use doctrine in it's copyright, and they have exercised that fact in international takedowns before. A lot of their doujins are actually at the mercy of the rights holders, but they generally give them a pass at their own discretion.
The horse game already has its' audience so they can legally fuck with the tourists.
