3) Knowing that Destiny has her information, anything he says regarding her should be seen as red herrings. Destiny is impulsive, but he also has a history of laying traps. The fact he is giving wrong information about her going to some college is not proof that Rose lied to him, it's evidence that he's trying to misdirect in any way he can.
4) Rose and Destiny communicated outside of Discord. We know this because he had the pic of her in the Gnomestiny shirt that wasn't included in Solo's leaks.
5) This is pure speculation, but I think if Rose is at all related to her real name she's at least half-Mexican/half-Hispanic. Rose is not a popular name, however I'm seeing a ton of Rosas, De La Rosas, etc. in Rockford. Her makeup style is also most popular among Hispanic girls, Rockford has a sizable Spanish speaking community, her family is likely Catholic given the skirt, and she is a Fuentes fan.

But at the same time how can someone be so retarded to think that when you destroy all the buildings in a region, along with peoples possessions inside them, that they can't make a living to get food and that aid isn't going to be enough. Partially agree. That Rock Valley College picture that he shared of her sitting in the cafeteria, in which he was also confirming she does live in Rockford, is 100% hers, we know this for a fact.

Actually, I do not know.
I think it's entirely possible that it's one of the many things that Solo didn't include in an effort of hiding her.
Remember, Solo never even told us her name, it was Code Cave who went back in the vod and snatched her name, only then did I remember who she was and that I had already visited her profile.

Solo, only ever sent very small parts of their conversations together, and never provided any pictures of her, all the pictures we have come from her twitter archives, and from Destiny.

This is actually a great point, and something I had considered early on, the reason why I also thought she might be hispanic is because of the combination of skin colour, hair colour, and eye colour. It's far easier for a mixed kid to come out with porcelain white skin than it is for them to come out with light coloured eyes.
Also, for the exact same reason that you posted, that "Rosa" is a common hispanic name.

There is also something weird with her face, not saying she's ugly, but she doesn't look American to me.
