Didn't this faggot throw a fit because Proton was raided by the authorities, even though they found nothing, as per Proton's policy?
How will he cope with being subpoenaed now?
 
A thought... If he doesn't retain the requested data and the remaining data is public, then why doesn't he comply by providing an empty database output and the public data requested? What is the point of fighting it when he can 100% legally comply without compromising his users?

...unless maybe there is pertinent identifying data in there. Or is he just more retarded than he already was two years ago?

I read back in the thread and read some posts on the poa.st: For anybody asking the question of, "Why is he fighting it?", the answer is that he is trying to grift money out of his users by fighting a seemingly ideologically charged battle that has no consequences and would require like 1 hour of lawyer time to object for $500 and worst case scenario just send a mostly empty zip file to the plaintiff for no cost while complaining that he's a victim.

It reminds me of the GAB method. Make imaginary battles to raise money off of then "win" them to convince the supporters they actually did something.

Why can't this midget just comply if he doesn't have anything? Authorities make him so butthurt for no good reason. I refuse to believe this is all to protect his buddies who use Poast.

That is why someone called him out on this and suggested he is trying to cheat people of their money. He can ignore the subpoena at his own risk or as you more wisely suggested, answer the subpoena and say that he does not have the data under penalty of perjury.

But getting lawyers for this and saying "oh, the fees will be exorbitant and I need your money?" Yeah, smells like a scam. Never heard of people challenging courts on subpoenaing them for information.

Hardin is licensed in ND but I warned him Graf is a retard.

I believe his opinion would simply be to reply to the subpoena honestly. What does he have? At most, an email address? If he's being honest. Otherwise he's going to have to intervene and get sued on behalf of 6 random people.

He says he scrambles IPs but he pulls up his Nginx logs constantly to whip out peoples IP addresses, you cannot separate this man from his Nginx logs. I couldn't find any screenshots of him posting IPs after a quick look through but I get the feeling he's worried about it because he has more than he says he has or he's grifting, otherwise I don't know why you wouldn't just provide what's there.

Unless he's afraid of getting charged with perjury because that would be a lie. This shifty little midget is lying no matter what, though, because if he has no such information, there's no reason to fight over it.

My biggest fear in this is that graf does something dumb like lying to the IPS or Harden which ends up getting them jammed up in his bullshit. I don't like graf or poa.st's community but they should have the right to exist on the Internet. I just hope Null was able to fully communicate to Harden how next level retarded graf is.

I wouldn't be surpised if graf has the httpd logs all the way back to the day the site went online so he can lookup or ban his enemies.
He said he couldn't recover the ip's but then he was able to go back and pull up the ip of the guy who swatted him. And then there was that time he got drunk and pulled up Ralph's ip to geolocate/dox him.

Anyone really concerned should save their money for their own lawyer and not trust this weird drunken little manlet with their money.
