So in case you don't already know. They're a fucking joke. Those exist to make the life of people around you easier, not your life. They don't care about you, they don't care about the side effects you experience as long as you're a docile little lobotomite too sleepy to start shit.

It's better to make peace that you're going to have a short lifespan and kys before your symptoms got really bad than to take meds. Meds rob you of your life every minute you're on them. If you thug it out you might only live a few years but those years wil be your actual life. It will be a life of your passion and choices that you will never have if the meds turn you into a zombie.

What are the use of adding more years to your life if you spend it in a foglike state without truly experiencing anything you're doing? That's basically death of your spirit already. At least without the meds you still get to be you

I'm normal. I've never been diagnosed with anything by a psychiatrist the 2 or 3 times I've been to one in my life. Braindead snowflakes think that being a sad and lonely coomer is """autism""", thus apriori exonerating themselves from any and all responsibilities for their own actions and denying the reality that their current pathetic existance is 100% a product of their own (in)action. Unless there's something very obviously wrong with the individual's behavior that can be spotted at a first glance or at least from a short interaction with them (see: Terry Davis), that individual is NOT mentally ill and thus not worthy of yours and anyone else's empathy.

Actual schizos cannot coherently or immediatly recognise their unusual state of mind, only sometimes briefly noticing that something is incredibly off about them. Again, looking at Terry's example: he only rarely noticed the bizzare things going on around him (the "radio is talking to me" speech) and was almost always just up to his usual shenanigans, unbothered by his condition and deeming himself normal for all intents and purposes. benzos for anxiety, stims for adhd, antidepressants for sad and lonely faggots, antipsychotics for schizos, they all have very different effects on you.

You do realize that SSRI's are not the only anti-depressant med group available and a good psychiatrist will give you something else if you tell them SSRI's make you sleepy, right?
And, you do realize that anti-depressants are only meant to partly keep you afloat, with the rest of the work of digging yourself out of the mental hole you're in being left to you to do, right?

I'm a schizo. They put me on ssri and antipsychotics. The ssri is probably what fucked me up bad

I don't have the free time to sit around and suffer side effects from their med cocktails. They already changed it once and every time they change it they're like "Wait a month and come back" and I'm meant to suffer for a month. Then I come back and it's "Try waiting 3 months"
