This whole thing made me actually look at the matpat drama first hand(this is the most nothingburger incident ever so I've never looked into this before), and it made me notice something that exemplifies Mald's vindictive nature, and his manipulative facade.

I'd never seen pirate's response here. I doubt many people have, and those that did like his fans don't remember squat.(That said, this tweet might be late and gay here)
"thank you"...."It really means alot to us"....."I think you're doing the right thing". This is the kind of response you sent when you've made up with someone, when you accept their apology and forgive them, knowing that they've taken your issues to consideration. This conversation is how you settle wrongdoings like a normal person.
So, this matpat tweet is mentioned at 2:30 in this clip by @Black Willow Lurker a few weeks ago(one of the mvps of this thread)
And this one is an entire fucking movie, it's got everything: death threats, Mald being pissed off at someone misrepresenting his "game", there's even a little sequel bait with the roach at the end:

After making a public statement saying "everything is settled" between them, Mald has spent the next 6 years on stream trashtalking matpat for this incident. It's consistent with who he is, but it's deranged how he is still upset 6 YEARS later, while putting out a "everything is fine" tweet.
