Everyone's talking about oil in cakes. It's normal. It's not normal. It's good if you do this. It makes it too dense. The flavors clash.
Let's make something very clear: it doesn't matter.
Anisa does not care. It is not a merit-driven decision.
It isn't some cunning modification an experienced baker has knowledgeably made to an old favorite.
It isn't a principled baker using ingredients she has disagreements with, and making it work.
The reason it's so annoying when she posts this shit isn't because it's impossible.
It's because everyone knows why she actually does this retard "ALTERNATIVE" shit.
As an example, if she uses egg replacement or meat substitutes in a recipe, it isn't because she has any real beliefs about animal well-being.
She doesn't use antibutter gluten free heckin' chungus free range narwhal bacons because she gives a damn about any of it, nor is she affected at all.
She has no real beliefs, and everyone can innately smell it.
