I keep asking myself that. Sandbag's youth was spent surrounded by cameras, pedowood employees, degenerate activists, and cackling yentas, all showering "Jazz" with attention. Then joins social media where histrionic women are amplified. So could be a combination of doing what gets praise from Mommy and the HR harpies, and just emulating bigger "influencers".

But seeing a grown man act like a dramatic BPD woman is particularly off-putting.

They socialize by initiating these people. They don't necessarily need an audience, they just need to feel they talk to someone who is watching them.

Board shorts are not comfortable when wet and easily lead to chaffing. I think the issue is a bit of terminology problems if you don't do a lot of swimming. A two piece bathing suit can be cute and provide plenty of coverage without being inappropriate, while bikinis are pretty much always meant to be revealing. This is a two piece to show what I mean. For obvious reasons I don't want to find a toddler bikini.
