Donald Trump, the President of the United States, has been against US firms shifting parts of their business to different countries. And now, he has delivered a strong message to tech giants like Microsoft and Google, asking them to stop hiring talent globally, including in India.

Trump took the stage at the AI Summit held in Washington on July 23, 2025, to say that American companies should focus more on creating jobs at home instead of building factories in China or giving jobs to tech workers from India.

Trump And His Problem With the Globalist Mindset​


Donald Trump has previously asked the US companies to focus on the homeland as well. He criticised their globalist mindset, due to which a lot of Americans are not looked upon as well. The US president said that a lot of tech firms have made large investments outside of America, even after profiting from the American freedom. He also said that under President Trump, those days are over.

He said, 'Many of our largest tech companies have reaped the blessings of American freedom while building their factories in China, hiring workers in India and stashing all the profits in Ireland, you know that. All the while dismissing and even censoring the fellow citizens' right here at home. Under President Trump, those days are over.'

Trump also said, 'Winning the AI race will demand a new spirit of patriotism and national loyalty in Silicon Valley and beyond Silicon Valley'. He concluded his statement by saying 'We need US technology companies to be all in for America. We want you to put America first. You have to do that. That's all we ask.'

In the event Trump signed three executive orders - one for a national strategy to boost AI development, another one urging the companies that get federal funding to develop AI to create politically neutral models, and the last one throws light on providing aid, export and full stack to American-made AI tools so that they can compete on a worldwide level.

Couldn't Trump use his executive powers to force them to do this by fucking up their international trade? He doesn't need to ask like a little bitch. I consider the ccp to be a threat/enemy but I actually like the Chinese. I absolutely loathe Indians because they constantly spam me with calls, texts, emails, and on social media. They make my life at work hell and I want nothing to do with them. I objectively dislike them more than any other demographic including Somalians. To be fair only people I dislike more are Pakistanis because they are the same except they are also Muslims.

I spent several week emailing many churches about Indian scammers in the US and that there were atleast 700,000 illegal indians in the US right now (probably closer to 1 million.) I did this around April this year. I encouraged these congregations to demand that we start deporting these creeps like ICE is doing to the mexicans.

What I noticed was when I started gaining coverage (it takes a few days of doing this several hours a day; finding churches, gathering emails, sending out messages, etc) the admin FINALLY started deporting indians. A whooping 100 or so. I kept up and they begrudingly continued a deporting a trickle of jeets. I think 300 or so in total. Modi threw a shitfit (he once demanded the UK increase the number of Indians they allowed in in exchange for free trade.)

When I stopped they stopped. I've come to realize the GOP wants pajeet immigrants just as much as the silicon valley ceos (many of who aren't from America) want them. It sucks. I thought Trump would actually mass deport these smelly fucks. I don't hold out hope that this "warning" will do anything other than convince his followers that he's "doing something about them jeets." Yeah right. Canada 2.0 here we come.

My distaste for Indians isnt because they are Indian at all, but because of call center services full stop. Corporations figured out that offshore call centers will follow a script to the letter without fail because they cant relate to the caller or empathize. They are literally low paid aggravated blocks to resolving issues, hoping the consumer will give up and just pay.

Not specifically related to Indian hires, but all foreigners. There’s a rising surge in Chinese and North Korean actors who are attempting to get hired with privilege at these mega corporations with the sole intent to exhilarate data. KnowBe4 offers a really shitty product, but they wrote about it last year as a warning. Worth a read.


This shit happens when the talent acquisition team is weak and relies on all of their little queer tools that automate their jobs. The entire hiring process is fucked. Background checks are meaningless.

They're just as useless in technical positions too. They're physically incapable of admitting ignorance of anything ever, even when it's important to learn something and there's no reason or expectation for them to already know it.

If you don't know how to do something, most normal people would either learn how, or refuse the request.
They wouldn't blindly copy and paste power plant designs from cooling stack overflow.
