Just a week ago I've loaded up like 3 liters of fuel into a used engine oil bottle without an issue and every hardware store has those basic bitch tethered cap canisters on sale. What the actual fuck America, how did you manage to out-cuck Europe on fuel canisters of all things and somehow get away with that fact for so long
I am being serious because I'm genuinely baffled that America had such retarded regulations for so long when for as long as I can remember, none of that shit existed here and no one could give more of a fuck about what canister you buy or you use to tank up at a gas station. I just assumed it was the same there as it is here. Yes it's a bit of cuntish schadenfreude but also a genuine shock that this was a thing for decades in the US and this is the first time that I'm hearing about this.
