Using the post's ID number, you can see when each post got its tags added. I will remind everyone else that based on his e621 account and favorites, Claudio at least used e621 from 2015-2020 (maybe 2021), took a break, and then is implied to have returned for a short time in 2023 for some reason. Note that I believe e621 uses "young" in place of cub now, so anything with the "young" tag is actually cub.
