As coomers get desensitized to their current material, they seek out more niche fetish content. Most fetish content is behind a paywall. So they fork out money to buy the content. If they can't afford that, then they go to the telegram or other chat groups that resell pirated fetish content at a discount. Others trade what they bought to each other. The fetish content that can be found for free is what leaks through these filters.

It also doesn't help that customs are more prevalent. Customs are custom videos that are ordered and delivered to individual buyers by pornstars on request. Provided they have enough money and the pornstar is willing, the only limit to the porn available to coomers in this manner is their own imagination. This is how you get humiliation/degradation joi (jerk off instruction) videos addressing the viewer by a specific name (Alex, Nick, Wyatt, etc.)

Some fetish content also serves as advertisement for pornstars' escort or dominatrix services. Even if the conversion rate is low, because the services listed are several times higher in price than the videos themselves, loss in profit from piracy is covered.

Similar story with porn companies or series, though some are registered under individuals as well. There is also a Pornhub podcast on hiatus called "Terms of Service: A Pornhub Podcast" as shown through a trademark filed this year.
