Yea, he might get in trouble/fined if the conditions aren't sanitary enough, but its not an obvious hellhole torture compound, and even the relatively high casualty rate can probably be chalked up to "fucked up rescue pets plus ferrets dying if you look at them wrong". Usually before operating an facility inspection needs to be done for it. Did he do that? That's what we're trying to figure out. It doesn't seem as of right now one was done. It seems that he just has a huge ferret collection. It seems that there is also the issue of needing the entities, "Snail's House" and "PirateSoftware, Inc." be separately operating or unless when he restructured his business in 2024, was Snail's House deemed able to operate under that license. According to an email conversation I had previously with the WDA, they should be separate licenses and finance books.

There's a lot of digging that @tarzor has done, and I'm reading through trying to piece together with what is known.

The question on the Exhibitor license still seems to be up in the air based on how his rescue is defined under the definition of exhibitor, which would be answered once the question of how the business licensing for the rescue is answered.
