I think that is the point. Daniel is kicking them out in 2 weeks, and I would not put it past her to invite people to come squat there. Then Daniel is going to have to shell out cash to go through the motions of getting rid of them.
Daniel seems to have been smart enough not to agree to a property settlement prior to them vacating the house. I suspect he's also been smart enough that any obstacles put in the way or any damage to the house will reduce the portion to which Becky and Jackson are ultimately entitled.

That's true, but Becky's own posts have made clear that she expects Daniel to buy her and Jackson out of the house. While any one of them can force a sale under California law, Becky and Jackson are way too lazy to fix the house up to put it on the market and there's no evidence they would be able to afford the mortgage without Daniel's income.

Speaking as the daughter of a disabled vet, trying to live off VA disability is basically being unemployed. VA disability is notoriously dogshit. I think even 100% disability (which very few get approved for) is barely 40 grand per year. Unless he's missing a leg or has combat-induced hearing loss, I'd theorize he's probably only seeing around 600-800 bucks per month.
