Holy shit the amount of debt one of my ex's had was ENORMOUS. The debt that she refused to tell me about until she brought up the topic of marriage, and I had to argue with her for an hour just to get a ballpark. "Why should it matter how much debt I have?" was something she actually said, made worse by the state of our relationship at that point in time. Women being deep in debt is something that doesn’t get talked about enough here. If it ever gets talked about, it’s because muh gender pay gap, even though most women in urban areas make more than men.

Also when you get “serious” with a girl, it is expected that you start paying her debt off. Nowhere is she expected to start living more responsibly, only an incel would think that. I'm actually ok with a woman having a big amount of debt. I am fine with paying for her to basically not work and be a stay-at-home whatever already. The corollary of that is, if she does have say 150k of credit card + college debt (like my BPD ex did), shes working until that is completely paid off.

• Earn you (and by proxy, her) money, so any "hobby" that's just a second job.
• Be a thing that implies you have a lot of money, things like travelling, fine dining, any sort of consumer "hobby" that's just buying expensive things like cars and watches, etc.
• Make you more physically attractive, so anything gym or fitness-related.

If it doesn't fall under one of these categories, it isn't something that directly benefits her and isn't something she can brag about to others, so she'll absolutely despise it and despise you for having it. She might tolerate it if you're otherwise hot or rich, but she'll do everything in her power to make you drop it.
