I read through most of the bill. A lot of it is about data protection, algorithms, micros etc.. (make no mistake that a lot of these also claw control away) The rest of what's spelled out isn't too catastrophic sounding, that part is what is only hinted at. Mostly a council appointed by dif parts of the fed government (PotUS, congress, senate) and direct and explicit instructions to work with and listen to so-called experts in NGOs and activist orgs. Which then get to make recommendations for even more laws, but also the details of more than a few of the standards of protection laid out and required in the bill. Regarding what counts as "enough" and what kind of specific things/designs/tech count as such. Even the potential small goods are completely negated intentionally. A lot of the protections about data and tracking, are specifically and exclusively protecting minors, not adults. And in fact it seems like quite a few of the new data tracking mandated, only has protection for minors. (you will get government mandated spied on adults)

It also has provisions for states to sue.. Meaning prog/leftist states will be targeting wrong think, and cons moralistic stuff. With the moralfags of both sides free to go nuts.
