I wonder why neopenises created through phalloplasties always look unnatural compared to the rest of the body. They always have a different color and no hair. At least metoidioplasties create penises from actually natural erectile tissues.

Notice how the rotdog is hairless and lighter compared to the rest of the body. It also has no tip and no red spongey parts.

The skin flap doesn't have the blood supply/flow as the healthy skin on the rest of the body. It's also one of the reason necrosis is so common in rot dogs and why they're called rot dogs. The flesh is literally dead or if not more than halfway there.

No, that's another reason why they're so calm about their rot dogs doing what rot dogs naturally are wont to do and rotting. Nerve hookup is a fucking farce. It's a fantasy they sell. There is little to no blood flow and little to no sensation. What sensation there is, is often uneven, vague, and like touching the arm (because it's common to use skin from the arm).

It's why rot dogs are such a big fat L. After all the trouble of the surgeries you get 1. limited ability to piss properly and thus increased risk...pretty much sure fire UTIs 2. necrosis because the transplanted skin has improper blood supply 3. scarred and damaged arm or leg from the donor site 4. can't use it for sex without rigging it up like a nigger rigged strap or getting pumps installed with yet more surgeries that increase complications ever more 5. sexual partners are less interested in the sad lil """""guy""""" even less than they're interested in troon ditches.

And that's when the fuckin thing doesn't even look like some ugly noodle stuffie made from skinned prostitutes.

It's similar to when you hear the marketing girls (or other daycare job) at your company say that we need to make Customer-Centered Data Driven decisions. Or when Very Serious people say that we're going to have a Very Serious study of Covid lockdowns or global warming or reparations.

It means erecting a legitimizing structure around the thing they want to do, with enough trappings of ~S~C~I~E~N~C~E~ to get academics and executives to sign off on it. But then making sure that the only Trusted Experts(TM) involved are activists.

Oh, you're not a PhD of Gender Queerness or Blackity Black Victimology or Global Panicking or Lockdown Mandates? You'll have to wait for the correct opinion to be laundered from the activists to the associate professors to the NYT and then finally the HR specialist to tell you what the company's new "strategic focus" is.

My interest of surgeries, medical fuckups, and industrial accidents can only be discussed in very very specific circles. (I love to talk in the "safety meeting" at working about not aiming airhoses at people for fear of death and hydraulic injection injuries (boy let me tell you what a wild ride. don't put your hand next to a leak.))

I love Minneapolis friend, but a lot of the Midwest has been poisoned by the blue Kool Aid. Too much troon & illegal care.

I guess the reason I love Minneapolis so much is that it used to be overrun by tall white men. Now, it's overrun by Illhan Omar look alikes and meth head troons. Clean this shit up, Trump.
