I don't really get why people are saying Trump got screwed.
Trump didn't get screwed. The deal is a home-run. Trump shot himself in the dick (again) by exaggerating an already good deal and blessed his enemies with the ammo needed to call him a liar (again) overshadowing the whole thing.

The EU has absolutely not said that they won't honor the deal and definitely are not gloating about lying to Americans.
The EU didn't lie to the Americans, Trump did. I'm saying this as a three-time voter too. It's not helping.

The highest income tax in the entire country is inflicted in New York City.
I visited NYC back in February. I can't believe the taxes they pay compared to the cleanliness and quality of life. The city is corrupt and living there is a scam.

The subway is garbage. Its not cute, its not quirky. Its an outdated relic thats a liability and embarrassment for the city. Smelled of urine and garbage, was disgusting slimy and gross. Ive been on public transport in other countries, and NYC's subway is by far one of the worst.

Everything off the streets is beat to hell or dented, damaged, dirty. The streets are filthy. There are no alleyways, so all the garbage just piles up on the street and bakes in the summer. In the winter its snowy and miserable with the trash mixing with mystery liquids seeping down into the streets into the sewers. Chicago's great fire was a blessing in disguise because it allowed to city to implement new planning and become cleaner. Still has a nigger problem but I digress.

One of my friends was going on and on about how nice this nice UES apartment were. Checked price, 4.73 million. Well for $700k I could have the same custom interior with antiques and crap, plus a lawn and luxury cars with parking, afford to send my kids to private school and not have to worry about tripping over garbage and illegals.

If NYC had reasonable rents like $1800-2500 for something that wasn't a slum and habitable, I would say it wouldn't be so bad, but the high cost can't be justified when you can get a NEW apartment in Texas, Florida or any red state for way less than half the cost of the average NYC rental price and enjoy a significantly higher quality of life without being taxed to death. I won't stump for Zohran Mamdani, but look at prices in the New Amsterdam hellhole and it makes sense why his rental policy got him the nomination.

Oil is stored energy that we're extracting and converting into work. Turning niggers into oil takes work. You're describing a way to lose energy, and not gain it.
First I learn you can turn them into Pepperoini now I learn you can turn them into oil? I learn the coolest things on the Farms

He's never had much of a verbal filter, and for the last month or so he appears to have none at all. Epstein issue only blew up like it did because he didn't restrain himself at the Cabinet meeting and went off on his half baked dismissal, followed by like 10 days of similar, increasingly insulting, half-baked dismissals.

We have enough impossible challenges ahead of us without having to deal with constant fallout from these unforced verbal errors.

NYC will die as a relic of a former time. The subways are virtually impossible to repair. They've wanted to but it's too many people, too much damage, and it's too expensive. They're going underneath multiple buildings and it's such a massive undertaking, they stopped bothering to try. One day these rail lines are going to completely fail and collapse and probably kill a lot of people, and there's simply nothing the city can do about it. The math just isn't there anymore.

Personally? I think it's planned. Controlled destruction of NYC as part of a long running plot to rebuild. Force people out, make the cities uninhabitable so they can finally make the modern upgrades needed. You can't force them to move or relocate, so just crash the city with bad political policy on the way down so you can bottom out and start fixing and changing things.

They've been saying the same thing about Detroit for 30 years. While gentrification plots are real in some cases, at some point you just need to accept that commies and browns are just destructive retards with no real plan, just reacting to stimuli.

Some interesting details from The Atlantic's profile of Rep. Jasmine Crockett:

1. Her phone's lock screen is a photo of herself

2. She thought she deserved to be the top Dem on Oversight because she has the largest social media following

3. She tried to shut down the profile after the reporter called a a number of her colleagues in the House
