I think the groping angle was more of an assumption that manifested itself into reality because we didn't know the specifics. All we knew was that Trump cut off Epstein for "inappropriate behavior". I think this new audio is the first we've heard Trump speak specifically about what happened, I could be wrong though.

Researcher can mean anything. A college kid grading papers for a professor can be a ‘researcher’. The term is meaningless.

I think we're talking about 2 different uses of the term "Researcher".

I'm aware of the usual academic researcher positions that are given to students in college, where they're basically just paper pushing monkey's for professors.

I'm talking about the commercial/enterprise side, more specifically in the technology (software, networking, cybersecurity, etc) and engineering (electrical, civil, mechanical, aerospace, etc) fields.

I'm sure there are senior roles that spend most of their time on R&D, as at the end of the day titles really are meaningless.
From my experience though, I am in and qualify to be in many senior roles, but I don't believe I qualify for many if any "Researcher" roles due to the experience requirements and expectations, some various examples of those are the roles below:

Colleges have been encouraging students for the better part of a decade to tantrum whenever the wrong white person shows up on campus. It was fine when those white people were conservatives looking to trigger and own the libs. Part of that is making sure retards can use them understanding only basic English and basic smartphone technology. Please see the following examples.

This are bus servo controllers, the bottom one came free with home robotics kits like 14 years ago. You need a pretty decent understanding of how the robot works to use this to and if you don't have limits set up you can actually make a program that breaks the robot. So the program makers were primarily engineers or you bought a program premade from a third party. Robo MFG's decided they wanted to retard proof the operation and the jeets aren't known for being good at that so the robotics manufacturers took it upon themselves. Now look at the power of American/swedish retard proofing.


Behold a sequencer with a GUI that runs on a tablet. Gone are the days of having to know what servo is on what COM in the array and walking to the robot with a laptop to reprogram it. This translates all that icky math and knowhow into voodoo robot programming magic. Look at these interfaces, I bet you could figure out how to use it in an hour without instructions(this is not an insult). You may have noticed the big red stop button, that's because these are designed to be programmed on the shop floor by a operator. Which means you did outsource it but only from your engineers to your production team and I'm not worried about that being flooded with H1bs(South Americans on the other hand....).

Anyways to be back on topic. With all this software being made in house by these businesses and it's really necessary for it to actually work as pitched/demoed so I don't see jeets being a problem in the robotics industry. Until they have a domestic product and start selling it on the cheap world wide, then that will be a issue.
