Sam Hyde

Hell I like Sam, sometimes I can be a detractor to him every so often because what he does rubs me the wrong way and that criticism comes from a base of affection.

But giving a shit about Marky Thompson is a fool's errand.
Did he fuck a legal adult in a state where it was legal to fuck someone her age and both parties consented? Yes. Is it weird? Oh yeah. There's so much more actual petty shit you can go after with Sam than Marky.

To be fair, this is in a subforum of the main Lolcow forums. This isn't a "Discuss Sam Hyde/MDE" thread because it would have been in offtopic. If the thread is busy enough because that person acts like a cow, then they're a cow. Sorry people aren't willing to glaze Sam on the site where you talk about retards, in the forum where you talk about retards, in the subforum about retards that are also grifters. This is probably not the thread for Sam fans. On the bright side, you can make one and people will post there.

This thread was in a different subforum, and it was the thread for MDE fans. That’s precisely the problem at hand.

Again to what I said previously. It is weird.
Sam himself would be a moron not to acknowledge it as such, which is why he just refused to acknowledge it. He's been trying to rub elbows with bigger names these days, and the last thing he wants blasted over a speaker is "DID YOU FUCK A 16 YEAR OLD????". It's maybe the biggest burden he needs to carry on his back and I think he's already accepted that.

Hiding from it to the extent that he does, is not exactly what anyone would describe as "accepting" it. He's accepted that he doesn't want to deal with it, that much is true.

Unlike Rekieta though, nothing in Sam’s behavior has particularly changed over the years. Markyposting existed back when this thread was made too. If anything, Sam is less of a lolcow now than he was back in 2021, when he was making subpar shit like The Great War for his tiny Gumroad audience. The two situations are hardly equatable.

It's two aged gorilla alphas having an altercation over who has to make the nest for the evening. The challenger's pack can also be seen spectating, but not interfering. It's unknown which of the alphas has caused this reaction.
