California's a two-party consent state, as for having a third party, nothing illegal about that either, though a competent party may want to understand that the third party is best to be unbiased. Not sure what's she's claiming isn't legal, so assuming she's thinking of secretly recording Daniel, and while I'm not saying everyone is dastardly; but the only reason Becky would want to secret record someone is to run their name through the mud. But I feel she should totally do that to Daniel, and he should make his own recording as well; I know that'd cause her to have another spack attack, but it'd be funny. Despite the fact that the Gooner King comes from money and is her ACTUAL husband, you'd think she's spend more time and effort on the man with money who is already legally tied to her. Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood is also boiler plate; not saying it's bad or anything, but it's like Dragon Ball Z back in the 1990s, if you watched anime, that's what you watched and is/was your gateway. Let's suspend disbelief for a moment. What if even a fraction of a fraction of this woman's lies have a bit of truth.
That would mean Jackson, a now employed lawyer, allowed an abusive man to continue to have access to his wife, adopted child, joint bank accounts, and cannot afford a move that shouldn't cost more than $500 even with wildly overgenerous estimates.

This is almost an inevitability. Once Daniel has divested himself of the sea hag, someone else is going to have to be the target for her BPD mood swings, and it's either going to be Samdruff or the Goon King. Sure, she may still bitch about Daniel here and there online, but if he stays away then he's not around to give her the reactions or attention she craves more than oxygen. All that sitting around gooning to other women that wasn't a problem previously (since she had Daniel as her main distraction) will now suddenly become an issue for Becky.
