Besides the username, there's no indication that this is Mald. He only ever used the PotatoSec handle once or twice, and that was back around 2014 when he was freeloading on Defcon teams. PotatoSec is also a pretty generic username, running a Username Search gives a few random accounts which don't look like Mald.
