Yeah if he had any amount of awareness this is what he would do, just ask for whatever favorable terms, lots of money, etc. Worst they could do is say no and he's right back in the same spot. I guarantee if he went back he'd have as a condition that he's not doing any of that shit. Wings and Kelly are going to court. Kelly is faking injuries for an insurance payout.
