This may seem more wildly stupid than usual but having dealt with a BPDemon or two in the past, it actually is more an interesting insight into Anisa' thought process. Anisa is very thin skinned, what to most would be a crappy comment and would be forgotten in a few minutes is a brutal humiliation to her. I think on some level she knows she's an abuser, whether she is self-aware enough to know this consciously is another matter, but on some level, she knows people think Ian is abused and she is his abuser. What's a demonic entity to do when they are rightfully reviled and told they suck? Take it out on an easy target, of course. Ian is always the butt of Anisa's "jokes" and humiliation rituals, thought she does a pretty good job of humiliating herself too.

To make more "sense" of this thought process, you have to get into the minds of abusive people. Abusers tend to have very warped views of what is acceptable and isn't acceptable and never cast themselves as the villain. In Anisa's mind, she is so humiliated constantly that she takes it on Ian, so he understands her, she knows he is humiliated by her antics and therefore relates to him. In her mind though, it is deserved, in fact, she thinks she could do so much worse to him and her holding back makes her a better person actually and so she is a noble soul and a victim who only sparingly takes out her horrible behavior on someone who deserves the humiliation. Common abuser mindset.

Sadly, in many ways, Anisa knows Ian best. She has seen his highs and lows (mostly lows), she knows his psyche intimately, he was a virgin who got snatched into the talons of Anisa and she was able to warp and mold him to her sexual needs and preferences, though some still shine through which is a huge evil and violation in Anisa's mind. Again, anyone who if well-adjusted knows this is complete shit and not at all okay, but to Anisa and THE RAPED, it's just another Tuesday.

I agree, that's pretty much the BPD/Borderline baseline dynamic i have witnessed with these kind of girls IRL, thankfully only ever as a third person and not from the perspective of being in a relationship with one. While there is some nuance to it depending on the person, most of the time they absolutely know they are behaving shitty, they just can't control it. Or rather, they and modern psychology claim they can't.

I've been a vehement proponent of Anisa not actually having BPD but rather some other Cluster B bullshit like HPD in the past because she struck me as way too boring compared to the legit BPD girls i knew but i revised my perspective on it ever since the CC boxing trainer and his wife came out with stuff Anisa did, plus that one clip where Anisa is streaming solo, i think she had the implants in still, where she throws such a shit-eating grin at the camera after having clipped an incredibly humiliating situation between her and Ian from another stream (maybe it was an edit, i am too hazy on the details right now, wasn't posted too long ago) that it made me go immediately "Okay, this bitch is completely aware of what she's doing to him".

I've owned rottweilers, and I wouldn't even at my bravest with the kindest of them do this.

I like the simplest more direct explanation:

She's stupid, a literal low iq mook, living in a society that priviliges with more attention, rightfully so, the more mentally disadvantaged.
She wants that attention, so she has everything under the book and then some.
Thing is, the rest of the world is not as retarded and blind to the pity farming that doesn't exist.
