Trainwreck Alex Dacy / Alex Dzimtowicz / Wheelchair Rapunzel - 50% wholesome disability influencer, 50% that cash me outside girl

Kind of OT, but every time I see the abbreviation TPR, my brain automatically translates it as TNR. As in, Trap, Neuter, Release.

Pity, really. That would have been a stellar service to provide to WheelyShitMum and Squishy Hitler before they brought an innocent child into all this.

While people lose their minds over Sydney Sweeney's alt-right pandering, the real eugenics discussion we should be having is how and why someone like Alex is reproducing. The trauma that poor kid will have between a cripple mother and a fag father ... TNR does sound like a better option

Alex broke her silence to vaguepost:

She also reshared these posts:

Noah wished his sister happy birthday with a grid post (she's the blonde, and this is an old photo):

And posted a boomerang of himself walking the family dogs:

Let's be real here though - the discussion of SquishyHitler and WheelyShitMom's reproductive rights actually has small amounts of baring in their physical and mental crip status and more their inability to be anything more than garbage people. Because if you take away Alex's disability and just look at what she's done, she's a dogshitperson and is she was able bodied she'd have been in front of a judge many times over. And Noah... is a Noah I guess. Nothing would have changed there.

TNR did make me spit my drink though.

Has Ari been back to dance class again? Or was it a one off? Poor little girl needs to mix with kids her age.

I wondered that too. Alex doesn't strike me as the type who can be relied on to consistently show up to anything. When she was with the Smiths, she had church and her cousins around. Now she's stuck in a house (or outside a house) with three crazy alcoholics. It's bleak. :heart-empty:

Alex posted one more thing after the "sorry I've been gone" series:

I checked over on Reddit to see if they'd caught anything I hadn't. They hadn't, other than Alex liking a photo of a t-shirt that reads "PORNSTAR IN TRAINING":

Ari is so, so doomed if the Smiths don't get custody.

I desperately want her to continue going, but without the insta-twating about dance classes on Alex's pages, I don't have a grand amount of hope. Kid's thrive on routine, social interaction and physical movement. Add in the other sensory needs that dance fills and Ari would absolutely flourish.

But dance classes aren't just filled with little dots in tutus. Dots have parents and teachers who are watching everything. Alex's house of 'I'm not the abusive one, I'm actually the world's best momma' cards would fall pretty quick when dance mom Jenny starts watching a little too closely.

Could be wrong - usually am- but would dance teachers have some level of safeguarding and a duty of care to report any shittiness going on? That wouldn't help her claim that everything is better hanging out on the patio all winter barely supervised vs The Smiths actually giving a shit about that kid.

Almost certainly. It's pretty universal that as soon as you start formally working with Vulnerable People in any sort of degree, you become a mandated reporter for anything you witness ever- and Alex would know this, as she's a vulnerable person as well. I have strong suspicions that it's a big reason why Alex won't hire qualified carers- because she knows they have a legal obligation to report unsafe behaviours/situations and suspected neglect/abuse. Craigslist Creepers are just under-the-table workers, they're not obligated and often not educated on what they should report or who to report to.

No, I am a mandatory reporter in my state and a dance class teacher does not qualify as one. Can they submit a report? Absolutely. Would anything come of it? Lol fuck no because Ari has a relatively safe and stable place to live and being a shitty mom doesn't mean CPS gets up your ass. That dumbfuck Noah and Alex are lightyears ahead of the cases when the state or county intervenes. It doesn't make it right but Ari would be so far down the list of kids that need help; we're talking cases with kids with FAS who test positive for hard drugs when they're too young to operate a stove.

Almost certainly.

It's state by state in the US, but a 'caretaker' vs. home health aide is grey area; if it's local/state/fed funded then yeah the do. Most states have pretty similar requirements due to fedbux setting the agenda. But again, being a garbage parent isn't a crime. This is not me defending Alex one bit at all and Ari should be with the Smiths. If anything, the home health aide would be obligated to report Alex as a vulnerable adult and get the ball rolling from there but she's in the system already so it's not like a report would do anything.

A dance teacher was one of the people who reported the Rekietas at one point, because apparently the kid(s) who came to her class kept saying they were hungry. Of course, those kids were living in an actual degenerate drug den, and one of the girls did test positive for cocaine.

I agree that there's not generally anything that's going to result in removing Ari, not when you've got . . . absolutely all the horror that CPS/DCFS deals with on any given day. The thing I do wonder about in the current situation: if the parents' house is as bad as we've heard, could CPS tell them that they need to make it safer for Ar (and Alex, for that matter)? I don't think they'd remove Ari, but I do wonder if Alex's parents might be given some sort of "plan" for dealing with their home and improving the condition. Of course, we don't have a current report on the state of the interior, but I do think there's a reason that Alex and Ari are outside all the time, even in a heat wave.

Nothing new from Noah. Alex continues to be fairly quiet and posted only these two movie memes last night (her time):

I'm not familiar with APS and process and regs on that, so I can't speak to Alex. With Ari, CPS/DFCS can make contact and offer up a voluntary plan and provide resources to the whole family. The family and Alex can accept it or they can tell the CPS to get fucked. CPS can either shrug their shoulders or get a CINA hearing to force legal intervention, which would be an uphill battle for CPS.

I wonder how Ari's speech milestones are coming along. I'd like to think most decent people would drop CPS a line if a little girl merrily told them, "I live outside with mommy!"

lol, you seriously underestimate the amount of weird shit that leaves little kid's mouths. All Alex has to say is "because inside we both live with grandma and grandpa" and that's that.
