Here's an interesting one. They NEED to go into a women's prison. Never mind that MtFs retain the same pattern of offending, violent crimes and re-offending as males. Never mind the existence of segregation units. They NEED to go with the women or there'll be a line of men wanting to sexually abuse them!

I don't know enough about what it's like in the American prison system, but I can't really imagine that happening in the UK. Though I never came across a MtF, I think the population is miniscule, the scenario regurgitated about post-op MtFs in prisons in the West seems like something out of rape porn and less like reality. Physical violence, maybe, there's a lot of fighting, but no dude is that desperate he's going to fuck inverted penis. I can guarantee you he'd say that would be gay. I think I exhausted all my options (dilating issues)

So... Its been already 7 years since I had GCS with Chettawut in Thailand. I have had so so many problems with dilation, vaginal canal shrinking, granulation and now I feel like I reached the tipping point.

For the least two years or so I have been struggling with minor bleeding and pain caused by tissue deep inside my canal being too "thin" and ripping. I have basically gone down to dilating with number 0 only, and that still is creating and sustaining the problem.

I've talked to about 4 different Gynos and they all tried different things ranging from estrogen cream, vaginal bepanthene, vaginal vaseline, mercury for granulation and finally even tesosterone cream at my request (based on some posts on the Will powers subreddit).

Nothing has helped, if anything it seems to be getting worse and worse. I've tried contacting surgeons and no one will try to fix it without jumping into colovaginoplasty revision which is not something im willing to risk.

So I guess I'm done? I'm about to just let the poor thing to rest and to close up and giving up on ever having penetration.

So If anyone has any last thing I can try, or anyone has had a similar experience... im all ears.

I don’t think it’s fake, we’re not even 7 years out from the beginning of the pandemic. There are definitely mentally ill people who lean into it and make it their whole personality and people who realllllly stretch the definition of detrans to get attention, but that still leaves thousands of legitimate victims (kids funneled into this treatment plan from a young age.)
