That's STEM-OPT. No limits or caps on it for foreign workers. It's for 3 years and during that time, the companies do not have to pay payroll tax. There is also no salary requirements so companies can hire new graduated foreigners for very cheap.

I think they just got used to the doom and gloom during Biden and can no longer fathom good things happening or it could just be their grifter minds refusing to get with the times and just continue thinking about all the bad things that could happen that would've happened if Kamala were President.
That's a huge problem with all the reverse Kasandra's. They view Trump as Biden/Harris so when he announces something you must default to thinking about the hidden agenda tucked away somewhere in page 200 of 10,000. The Democrats and RINO's in the Legislative still do that though.

When Trump announces something, so far, the worse thing that happens is that you only get 30% of what he promised since everybody is trying to cuck him.

You can Quench, basically sending off all the liquid helium in the air (outside). Magnet loses it's cooling and slowly power down
The magnetic field will gradually lower but it's not instantaneous. Refuelling the MRI can take weeks and cost a shitload with current helium price, so it's a last ditch thing.

This should never have happened and the tech is gonna get sued into oblivion, maybe get some prison time for egregious negligence

They can, but a magnet quench and dumping all the liquid helium costs probably a minimum of $100k.

They can be but IIRC they have to dump/quench the helium and it's extremely expensive to do so (50-100k, and I think E stops can break a lot of the fancy hardware that is spinning around)
I also have a feeling this was a place staffed by retards, and it's entirely possibly they might not have know to do that.
I think there are videos of people trying to remove chairs/tanks that are stuck in an MRI to avoid a quench because of the cost.

Shutting down an MRI isn't much of a spectical, it just looks like gas venting
