Because by that point they were using an Asmodean crystal to travel to the living world, which was perfectly legal. They were only on the hook for using the Grimoire, which Stolas took the blame for.

I'm not up on Hellaverse worldbuilding, but it's my understanding that I.M.P. is a legitimate business operating under Asmodeus' name.

I know you’re joking, but people have actually accused Stella of raping Stolas. When she was talking to her friends about how she had to do all the work in bed to conceive Octavia because he would pretty much just lay there iirc.
