I had a breast reduction in June of 2018 and then top surgery 6/3/2025. The vertical scar was made to resolve tissue bunching. I had virtually no pain with the top surgery, I didn’t even feel the need for over the counter pain killers. I did have minor complication, a small seroma that needed to be drained twice which I think was a result of doing more than I should have been. Overall I am very happy with my results.
I harp on and on about the poor quality stitchwork under these surgeon's scalpels, but for God's sake, it's just appalling what these animals get away with. I hit 3 weeks post op yesterday and I’m feeling a tad bit unhappy but I can’t tell if it’s just post surgery blues. I’m aware the loose skin will flatten with time, but I think my nipples look really uneven? Also there’s still tons of glue and scabbing on my scars and my nipples are really dark- I hope that isn’t a problem or anything. Just looking for some reassurance!

Been a few weeks since my last pictures and my dick has pretty much fully healed now. I've got my next post-op appointment on 25-08, so will then discuss the next steps of getting UL to the tip as I don't want it to remain about halfway up the shaft. Will also discuss the shortening of my dick by a little bit.
I'm currently 6 inches and would want it a bit shorter due to it always bending / getting squished right at the end (which I think contributed to the stricture creation as well).
Pictures 3 and 4 are showing it hard with the pump ED. There you can also see where my dick has bent some in the past and still does so also when pumped as the implant doesn't go fully to the tip. I think with it shortened slightly (only by 0.5 inch or something. 1 inch MAX), it might not bend quite as much either.
Also added some more closeups of the glans while my dick is hard, which looks pretty good, I think.
Once I've got my last revision surgery done, I'm planning on getting medical tattooing as well.

i’m post op obviously, but i deal with an extreme amount of bottom dysphoria. i don’t think that i would ever be happy with keeping what i was born with, even if i did get a large amount of bottom growth, so i spend a lot of time researching surgery options.

I had zero depth GRS in November 2024. since then I've had what, two orgasms? they occured in erotic dreams in the couple months after surgery, and the sensations they produced were completely broken.
