The first time I learned about Pamperchu was when Chris was discussed on 4chan. Someone in a CWC thread brought him up. When I learned about Pamperchu:
-Bitcoin didn’t exist
-George W Bush was president
-The 2008 recession was just starting
-The PS3 was brand new

I don’t fucking know why I keep coming back.

Don't worry. They heat food in that same microwave too.

And that's not an apartment, it's a manufactured home. So thankfully, he doesn't share any walls with neighbors but they still get to see all the debauchery that goes on in his diaper gooncave.

Normally horrorcow stuff makes me either have a thousand yard stare or start to do that rocking back and forth a centimeter or two in place thing Bill Gates used to do. That fucking video made me start having body spasms just skimming the timeline, how the fuck has this guy not died from his own fishing pipebombs or some other death you'd expect from a tweaking nonce.

Fair. I should have been more specific, i mean he'd need to have been caught for a sexual crime to be on the sex offenders registry. Don't get me wrong, I think there is more than enough of his own admissions to warrant a full search of his hard-drives but I'm doubtful they ever will. I think the one think in the favour of children the world over is that Pamerchu is a dishevelled creepy faggot with poor hygiene. This is at present I hope is enough to keep any potential victims far away.
 
Also remember when this dude was on 4chan. He obviously keeps himself together enough to keep renting a place and keep himself alive. Neighborhoods have always had creeps like this who seems friendly but also off, and smell like shit. If someone stinks like that, it's a warning sign.
