Canada is a failed state

Why are wages so fucking low in Ontario? I was just browsing Indeed and was shocked to see the difference in Manitoba and Alberta. This is incredibly unbelievable. The COL is sky high in Ontario and we have this retardation of wages in nearly every profession. You could make more money in the shittiest entry level job like a dish washer in Manitoba than you could in Ontario as a teacher's assistant.

No wonder people are leaving in droves.

Ten thousand jeets all willing to work for 15/hr in Toronto because they live twenty to a flophouse will do that to the labour market. Also Manitoba had to raise wages to prevent everyone from leaving.

BLOWOUT JOB NUMBERS.
....IN THE OTHER WAY.

I stopped posting in this thread because it's just endless doomposting and if i wanted to read a million doom posts id just open twitter , however every once in a while ill come in to make a post or 2

I had to unwatch the thread in May for a couple of months after Carney's win. But I got sucked back in because there are very few places to discuss Canuck happenings that aren't pozzed to shit.

I'm sure everyone dearly missed my rando, from afar Diagolon updates while I was gone.

Speaking of which, I happened to catch Rage for the first time in who-knows-how-long on his show last night.

- He looked really good, I think he must've upgraded his camera since I last watched.
- He talked about being exhausted from flying all over the country all summer, presumably doing his Tyler Durden Fight Club Second Sons thing that he's always the only unmasked on in the promo local chapter pictures.
- He complained there are Canadian airports that no longer are serviced by flights. Instead you buy a combo flight & bus ticket to a larger city.
- He was understandably pretty worked up about it now being illegal to go into the woods in Nova Scotia because he lives there. He claimed it's even illegal to go in the woods on your own property.
- He was wistful that he's a cultural relic making pop references to a time that no longer exists. He pointed out Al Bundy on Married with Children was a woman's shoe salesman at the mall, with a SAHW, a house & two kids. A job & possibility that has been obliterated, replaced by jeets at Foot Locker if that even is still a thing.
- He made several references that his gf Morgan "Mayhem" Guptil is about to win a court case invalidating the most recent NS provincial election, ousting Premier Tim Houston. He referenced wrt to the forest ban that "Houston won't be in his position for much longer". It was pretty strange cope from MacKenzie who is usually pretty blackpilled & pragmatic. Maybe he's just being a good supportive bf. Or maybe he's got a swelled head from beating all the COVID charges against him from 4 provinces after the convoy.

Its official this time? They aren't redefining what a recession is to get around it?
Not official at all. Libs will not talk about about, and if they do it'll be how ELBOWS UP is doing such a great job at keeping Canada prosperous. Didn't all those media articles coping seething dilating chuckling about how tariffs are obviously hurting the Americans and totally not affecting us already convince you?

"We're bringing in more people than both Texas and Florida combined."

Notice how Canadian politicians always choose to position their failures as successes over America? It's like saying "Alberta once again beats stupid lame Montana in our amount of wildfires! Go, Alberta, go!" or some shit like that.

I think the American Hitler will be from Canada. Just like how Hitler was from Austria and not Germany
Austria had an illustrious imperial history over the course of centuries and a cultural history spanning millennia. Canada is the wasteland of the former British Empire that the metropole shat on for some decades before abandoning. The American Hitler will probably be some drunk from an Amerindian reservation in the heartland or a Latina from Albuquerque.

More like eternal depression but no one tells the truth with statistics.
I think statistics should be taught in secondary school as a way to improve critical thinking. I had to do some statistics courses during my undergrad and it ended up changing the way I look at a lot of statistical information presented to me. Statisticians are basically professional liars. The better you are at fibbing and twisting the truth, the better at statistics you are.

If 100 dentists are asked which toothpaste they prefer, and 90 say they don't have a preference, 9 say they prefer Colgate, and 1 says he prefers Aquafresh, the makers of Colgate can claim "9 out of 10 dentists prefer Colgate" and use it for marketing purposes since that's technically a true statistic. All statistics are like this. It's a game for these sicko statisticians.

Things were getting better under covid;

then they imported 8 million Indians to keep wages down. Literally. There was a 'gap of willing workers', which was great for finding jobs for like half a year, and the wages being offered were pretty good. Then they just imported millions to flood the market

8 million, not ten thousand*
