This reminds me of someone I stumbled upon the other day, he actually kinda looks like a girl I went to school with (both have severe acne scarring.)

This is his worst picture, but I still think his facial structure after FFS looks better than 99% of trans women, even with the most unflattering lighting and angle possible:

Looks like acne did a lot of damage before he could get it under control. I wonder if it cleared up due to his transition (spiro is often used off-label for acne treatment in women, and I imagine blocking T in men could have the same effect.) It’s also possible he went on Accutane. He’s a textbook example of someone who would need it. Acne that severe can be a total mindfuck and I feel bad for him.

What stood out to me about this person though was that he has a whole list of things he still wants to get done:

I can understand the microneedling and the laser resurfacing for the skin, scars like those are a bitch to deal with and really detract from his appearance. I could see changing the lips a bit if you want. But a second rhinoplasty? Jaw/chin revision? Another brow lift? Cheek augmentation?

His cheeks look fine when he smiles and his nose is about as feminine as it’s gonna get without looking completely ridiculous (not to mention possibly losing functionality.) If I’m being a total nit-picky cunt, I guess his brows and chin and jaw could look better but he lives in the U.K., I’m sure he blends in just fine. And there’s only so much you can do to your face before you destroy it. How is this not just straight-up body dysmorphia at this point?

"Stella" live video at that event is love because live videos always expose their lies and why real women would have issues sharing private spaces with them.
