Amen to everything you wrote but especially this. Millions of people found school work not challenging enough, got mostly A grades etc but I'm yet to meet any grown adult who still frequently brags about their intelligence or IQ that isn't a complete knob.
You can be almost anything at school, smart, nerdy, whatever, and still find a handful of friends and acquaintances. If she had no friends it's because kids aren't entirely stupid and noticed something severely 'off' about her. If she genuinely has autism then that could play a role as there's so many subtle but important social cues and rules that pass some autistic people by. Or she was simply a deeply unpleasant, self-absorbed person to be around, like she is now.
And lol at the consent thing. Well-trained Jackson did his duty so she wouldn't screech about him raping her and she still half-jokingly complains.

That's one of the things I love about the internet. Every class in every school all over the world had the smartest kid, the best artist, the best athlete. That's literally millions of people who reach young adulthood thinking they're pretty hot shit, one way or another.
But the internet forces you to interact with all the other smart kids in the whole world. Most people have one of two reactions, either "huh. The world is full of smart people; perhaps I'm not so special after all" or "NO GODAMMIT I'M THE SMARTEST PERSON IN THE ROOM!!" Those second kinds of people we call 'lolcows', class.
