today its 2 months since i had my surgery. i had a good and quick recovery but so far im not happy with how big my clit is. going through other posts here i also noticed that im straight up missing inner labia. i dont really mind that part, ill assume it was for the better. depth is good too, but i feel like the amount of tissue used for my clit is way too much. i hate how it protrudes. i can only hope that it will deflate as time goes on.
my boyfriend says its fine, but as i was a laser technician in the past i have definitely seen more vaginas than him. they do come in different shapes and sizes but i have never seen anything similar to what i have. am i botched?

Stage 2 RFF phallo, post-op 6/25 Dr RBL and Zhao.
I took these pics this past week for my six week follow up (over phone). Looks like granulation, so have to start applying medihoney and if all else fails, go down to NYU for some silver nitrate (I’m in Southern Maine).
I had glansplasty, scrotoplasty, vnectomy, tdick left unburied in between scrotum. Standing to pee has been amazing—the SP catheter caused a wicked UTI and/or just irritation and pain from it wanting to come out, so that wasn’t fun but a few days after I got the SP out, things felt much better. Learning how to deal with the dribbles of pee that happens after peeing; that’ll take time. It’s not easy to “milk” the penis yet with it being wrapped up, but I do my best. Also, no one at NYU explained how—but I had already done my research.
I was told I can go swimming, but I don’t plan on it for awhile (especially pools, feels too risky). Can’t ride bikes, etc. and really just have to listen to my body. Back to work, but my new position (yay!) is remote, which will be helpful. Driving in the car does still get me a bit sore in the scrotum area.

So I have this fistula (arrow pointing to it). I've had it the entire 2 months post op and it has never looked different. I noticed most peoples fistulas look like a healed hole. But mine is a raw red spot all the time that leaks. Is there a reason my fistula looks different? Its not leaking urine either, because I have a stricture farther back so i can't pee at all right now (have cath still).
I've tried medihoney but the fistula still looks raw and red. It doesn't really even look like a hole tbh. I'm assuming since its not healing at all I'll need that repaired with the stricture, just wondering why I cant find any photos of other people with a similar looking fistula??

RFF phallo Stage 1 with Chen/Watt was 1/8/24 (creation, vaginectomy, scrotoplasty, UL, burial). Stage 2 with Dr Dy (OHSU) was 4/22/25 (glansplasty, testicular implants). Stage 3 will be 10/13/25 with Dr Dy (Coloplast Titan pump).

I had top surgery November of ‘24 and a couple days ago I had a revision to resize the nipples. I’m a little concerned at how it looks rn, especially with how raised the one on slide 3 is. I know the general ‘wait a few weeks before judging the results’ kinda thing but I just wanna make sure there’s nothing to be concerned about?(Last slide is how it looked before)

As title says, at my one week check-up i was already worried about fluids leaking in the part that is now detached. Doctor noted some very mild dehiscence then, but when i asked if my chest needs to be drained dismissed me and said everything is fine. 2 days later i wake up with a big ass hole in my chest (it's been filling up since). Hospital has been a pain in the fucking ass, incredibly dismissive, cold, and hard to get a hold of.
Quit smoking, followed al my post-op requirements, and the surgery went well and was honestly pleasant so can't say i expected to just get sniped like this. Mainly wondering if i can be mad at my wound care doctor for this, possibly negligence? --if yes, potentially any dutch people know where to complain? if not, lie to me and tell me it'll look fine and not like someone tried to pike my heart out (on the wrong side) tldr got fondled by the devil for no reason
Lastly, ever wondered what constitutes "severe" complications for phalloplasties? Well, as it turns out, constantly fucking pissing yourself out of multiple holes in your crotch is not severe! While very stressful, these issues on their own are not considered medically severe complications:
— in early healing: wound separation, UTIs, bladder spasms, catheter discomfort, yeast infections, soreness, aches and pains, dripping after urination, underdeveloped sensation, inability to ejaculate
— suspected strictures and fistulas, those that resolve on their own or with a simple or singular repair, or those that are addressed with minimally invasive procedures alongside a regularly scheduled stage
— isolated implant erosion/rejection that can be/has been addressed with a repair
— general post-op depression and anxiety, frustration with staging pathway, BMI requirements or other medical circumstances, dissatisfaction with size/shape/team
What IS considered severe?
— partial/complete phallus loss or necrosis that impacts functionality and/or requires reconstruction, supplementary grafts, or amputation
— repeated implant rejection/erosion
— permanent or long-standing (several years) anorgasmia, nerve damage, or complete loss of sensation that significantly impacts functionality and/or anticipated surgical outcomes (ie no implants due to lack of sensation)
— sepsis and other life- and/or penis- threatening infections that require hospitalization and/or surgical intervention
— permanent or longstanding urethral complications (recurrent strictures, recurrent fistulas, extended complex UTIs, etc) that have a long term detrimental impact/have been through several failed repairs or span several years
— long-term or permanent catheterization or significant incontinence
— CPTSD/other complex mental health disorders that have developed as a result of longterm or repeated complications + associated treatment
— complete re-dos as a result of complications the first time around
— other experiences not described here that fall beyond the scope of the ups and downs of expected healing and have a significant impact on one's physical and/or mental health or quality of life over a prolonged period of time.
They all have CPTSD though, usually from someone telling them they’re not a bro king dude man online.
