as has been mentioned by
@autism420, CompTIA A+ (and Security+ and Network+) is the equivalent of not swallowing your own tongue in the IT world. they are worthless certificates that anyone that's played CS 0.6 can puzzle out. unlike, say, HPE, EMC, or Hitachi storage certs or VCP, MCSE (still relevent or did Ballmer change it again?), or CCNE certs. entry level high schoolers with CompTIA certs get paid minimum wage or a little higher to let them gain experience. 20 year systems analysts make low 6 figures, which still isn't an extravagant lifestyle outside of DFW (compared to SV or one of the WA campuses).
it is not. speaking as a US military veteran, stolen valor was struck down as any sort of offense unless you somehow earn money from it (basically). the Stolen Valor Act of 2013 specifically itemizes decorations, awards, and similar for tangible benefit. just cosplaying it does nothing but make you a jackass.
a 2 year AS in CS is also largely useless, and "IT degree" has many forms - you don't mention what level it is or what your area of concentration is. even mentioning CompTIA over anything remotely useful is tellingly obvious that you lack experience, education, or both in any professional computer career.
you really need to take a step back from the computer - you're a 90's Sandra Bullock movie away from being a cliche about the 'net being Too Real.
