Most people that do vtubing shit have a "character" but that usually takes a backseat to the normal "person streaming video games" thing and doesn't override how they behave at all because it's literally just backstory for their glorified pfp/username combo. This guy seems to be similar but is using the logic shit I've seen some people that refuse to observe patterns go where they go "ah yes these are fictional cartoon characters being played by actors" but he's using it as a shield from criticism instead of what that's usually used for which is framing vtubers as spooky scary shit or dismissing any info about them that comes to light.

None of the things he mentioned vtubers presented themselves as actually exist. When you watch some whore vtuber with a catgirl avatar, it’s obvious that the anime girl does not represent the person behind the screen. I doubt the vtuber’s simps would be so delusional as to believing that the channel is run by a true and honest catgirl.

On the other hand, while it’s unlikely that a woman would be a neo-Nazi and a vtuber, it is possible. Thus, his viewerbase most likely did in fact think he was a based Aryan tradwife in real life. Sure, you would have to be pretty dumb to immediately believe that, but if you’re a retarded weeb gooner I think you could definitely fall for the larp. You would have to be schizophrenic to believe any of the things he mentioned are real.

I have to give him credit for still trying to salvage this whole thing even after the Vtards themselves have already given up after it turned to dust thanks to him.
