It's seriously pretty brutal. There are a lot of kids who have been abused or neglected along with those who have severe mental or behavioural problems that just make them uncontrollable for their families. There's a lot of kids who are basically on their last chance before they end up in the corrections system and a lot of them know exactly what to expect and they're already fronting up for that. It's really not okay to show any weakness in the system because of that, you will absolutely get picked out and stolen from, fucked with, stomped etc. just to prove somebody else isn't weak. And finally, yeah, there's a lot of horny fucking kids who are going through puberty or just recently got done with it, and have an extremely stunted sense of morality and empathy and are in an environment where victimising weaker kids is absolutely a valid way of keeping yourself safe. Rape and molestation is rampant, even before you take into account how many adult pedophiles make their way into the system to get access to vulnerable kids.

I don't think she understands. She had no lawyer present, and still doesn't have one to explain the paper work to her. She thinks that *her name on page 2 is a forged signature, but no signature is required there. Even if she's falsely claiming a forgery, I fail to see how that would demonstrate her to be an unfit parent.

She is a paranoid criminal and compulsive liar who thinks there's a conspiracy of judges dedicating to taking her kids away and that's all on public record. The state isn't going to award her custody of a house plant at this point.

Both of the judges in the county Rose had the proceedings in ended up siding against her. At times during this process, Hall had represented herself because she couldn’t afford the lawyer fees. In the periods of time where she managed to get enough money together for that, Mike and Heather declared it a conflict of interest and made the Judge force Rose to get rid of her lawyer. The Martins had claimed to have spoken with these lawyers prior to the hearings, calling as many lawyers in the town as possible to tell them about what was happening. In doing so Rose was left incapable of hiring them herself because it was a conflict of interest to have already spoken with the other party involved.

In order to further validate the conflict of interest claim made by Rose in the interview, here’s a copy of the correspondence from Mike’s lawyer to Rose’s. Highlighted in red in that image is the specific paragraph that mentions the C.O.I. (I’m obligated to point out that Mike’s Lawyer sent an entire separate fax letter saying the citation of Paragraph 8(c) was an error, with the correct one being 8(d) in place of that)

Heather may or may not have connections, but we know there have been problems with the judge who presided the case. I'd say her paranoia is justified.

Still doesn't demonstrate she's an inadequate parent. I find it strange that you think Mike and Heather are fit enough, but Rose isn't... for unknown reasons. You are trying to present a false dichotomy (Mike and Heather's v.s raped in the ass in foster care.)
