How can someone be okayed for such surgery when they don’t even know what the surgery entails (and they can’t spell it either)? Calling the glans ‘the gland’ and asking if the surgeons will add some skin to make it is the kind of thing that someone with zero clue about any of this - or dicks in general - should be saying. Not someone apparently almost all of the way through their plastic surgery.

Steri strips is how I would approximate the sides of a cut that’s kind of bad (more than just a band aid) but not bad enough to need stitches. Like a moderate but clean slice injury can probably get taped together and do okay.
Lamprey Dick needs a steri-girder, or the webbing spider man uses to hold the two sides of that split ended rot dog closed.

I would pay money to see a jury react to certrulo's elephant dick creations. If it is the case I am thinking of she got put under like 5 or 6 times and they didn't seem to actually DO anything to the dog outside of the first procedure, so the jury is going to sit through several pictures of the same gross curly stomach-phallo.

It’s not that he’s not innovative, it’s that he is One Of Those surgeons. A large number of surgeons are utter psychopaths. You probably need a dash of it to be a good surgeon because being able to hold it together when confronted with gore and rummage around in people is something you have to do. If you weren’t able to see people as meat then you’d crack.
The problem comes when you have a little bit too much of that AND you’re suddenly presented with a lax moral framework.
There are a LOT of medics (and scientists, we are just as bad) who wonder what if..?
Normally there’s a strong moral framework around them , and let’s be honest, threat of legal action to punish them if they act on that ‘what if..?’ But think back to what people get up to when you take those brakes off. You get unit 731, mengele, and all sorts of things. The current Troon trend is a wonderland of possibility for people like this. Now they can answer that little voice that says ‘what if I..?’ Without consequence! And they get paid for it! And anyone who objects gets punished as a transphobe.
