Cybercriminal jailed for possession of child pornography and acts of cruelty
The young man, aged around twenty, a member of the group "764", was arrested on Tuesday, announced the Évreux prosecutor Rémi Coutin.
A new crackdown in France has been launched against the neo-Nazi, pedophile , and Satanist cybercrime group 764, founded in the United States in 2021. The group primarily targets vulnerable minors aged 8 to 17 and people with mental health issues, forcing them to commit acts of self-harm or produce child pornography.
A member of the network, aged around twenty, was arrested this Tuesday, then charged and imprisoned, the Évreux prosecutor's office announced this Friday after an investigation conducted by the Rouen judicial police and the central juvenile office of the National Directorate of the Judicial Police located in Nanterre. He is accused in particular of possessing child pornography and acts of cruelty and abuse towards animals and minors.
On his computer, authorities also found several thousand files of child pornography, including photos and videos described as "unbearable" by the prosecutor. These included "rapes of babies."
Around fifty young girls were victims
The suspect also allegedly convinced around fifty suicidal young girls to self-harm or self-mutilate, according to Éveux prosecutor Rémi Coutin.
Specifically, he allegedly forced them, using a webcam, to stab themselves in the thigh or breasts or to carve his name on their arms or stomachs, the prosecutor explained on Friday.
The arrested individual also allegedly admitted to having decapitated a number of animals himself , including dogs and rabbits, photos of which were found on his computer.
During his police custody, the suspect, previously unknown to the police, admitted to having urges to rape , torture or murder.
