My understanding is that info is incorrect and he's somewhat older than her. Perhaps there's some lore crossover between multiple people using the same UN? Smiggles was the UN of the Sandy Hook shooter I believe on the Columbine forum, and this isn't the first time I've seen someone unrelated revive the moniker.
