I came here to post this. What the hell? And he works in an advisory position too, so I assume he is meeting with people outside his company regularly. Who are also apparently okay with this. Is he even sober at meetings? Because he doesn't seem sober posting on Reddit. This guy has some kind of privilege shielding him, but I'll be damned if I know what it is. Even if his company is troon-positive, that doesn't usually extend to all the other stuff he's got going on.
Didn't he mention his family is very rich or something?
He works for the Federal Government, so his opportunity to be incompetent and fail upwards is dramatically increased over the private sector. For all we know he was getting promoted solely for being a troon under the previous administration.
Trannies always make women uncomfortable. And men for that matter. That part of the story, I believe. The rest sounds like fanfiction.

I think it goes both ways. I think there are some very insecure people who troon out as a way of getting more attention or becoming part of a community - something they've never really been a part of before.
100% this, and I will say too that some of the most pernicious memes are the ones that frame how people experience their own emotions. Again, have commented on this previously, but affect states/feelings and emotions are separate things, one emerging out of the other. Its a hard distinction to articulate but I do have an example that I have seen often in my life: If anybody has spent time around someone who frequently drinks and is an angry drunk, you know that they often get angry about irrational things, or things that don't make even make sense in context. They have feelings of discomfort and aggression from the reduced capacity from the alcohol, and then they construct the why of anger out of what they see, so comments you make suddenly carry more insult, that one dude who wasn't even paying attention to them looked at them funny, they are mad about the world and start ranting on politics no one mentioned to that point, etc.
