Imagine if instead of BG2 or S5 we get "Your Own Private Jet", a Jet Neptune dating show
Honestly a season of married at first sight staring sam hyde as the marriage councillor would be hilarious. They could pair abby and jimmy, letty and berwick, angelina and dan, direnc and weck!

AFAIK, Chris Hansen is still broke, he would be an incredible guest for a bit like pretending the fish are the decoys for a reboot of To Catch A Predator or pretending one of the fish is actually caught in a To Catch A Predator sting. But I assume it would be a pain in the ass to negotiate with him and/or it would hit too close to home for Sam
They could get his non-union urban equivalent, Skeeter Jean for the same bit.

between this and the nose ring girl leak my hopes for a S5 have completely died, even if they some how scrape something together I'm not watching it. It's never been more over for me.

The last 4 seasons of this show have just been an elaborate love quest for Jet Neptube, I feel sick.
Sounds good, I'll see you when s5 starts up

I do think we will get another season of Fishtank. There is just too much money on the table for them to not do it.

However, I expect Sam and Jet to really fuck it up this time. There will be some major fuck up that is completely obvious from the premise, that makes everything they said at the end of Season 4 a lie, that they will do out of a complete apathy to having a multi-million dollar franchise.

Most likely, not leaving New England, still doing it in a neighborhood, still using a residential property, and still not getting permits.

The Right thing to do is go to a state with preferential local laws and relatively cheap land. Get 10-25 acres in a forested area an hour outside a major metropolitan city for flights, but like 30 minutes from a moderate sized town. Something with a long drive way and neighbors too far to hear or see anything going on to complain about. Spend 3 months setting it all up, then run your 42 day show.

But they are lazy. 4.5 months is a lot of your year to be working away from home, but this is no longer a weird idea that might not work, this is a show that pulls in a lot of money. They want door dashed goy slop. Star fucker slags are going to be spooked off by a remote location. They can't Uber in people at random and have to coordinate travel. Sam will be very inconvienced by this if he doesn't want to clear his schedule for the run.

So they are going to stare up the hill of work making real money and say fuck it, and try to get people to pay up for them for half assing it still.

I'm not impatient about when a new season will come out, I've always thought the wiggers pushed new Fishtank seasons too frequently, they can't even keep up with the edits. I fully hope that they wait until next year for a new season of Fishtank. I also want to have a good feeling about s5, I had a great feeling about s3 before it started and it ended up being great, I had a bad feeling about s4 and it ended up being shit. Maybe we can keep the cycle going and the odd seasons will be great while the even seasons suck, I don't know.

I'm more impatient about the Bloodgames and s3 edits tbh.

i wonder which wigger ellie is recruiting a gf for. probably ben lol.
I'm putting my money on Mints, he's the second only to Jet in terms of being pathetic.

There’s always been a lot of money on the line, but the show has never been handled with the seriousness or professionalism it demands even when the team was supposedly giving it their best.

Honestly, I don’t believe anything past Season 1 was made with 100% effort. Every season since starts off looking like they’ve finally figured things out, only to completely unravel within a couple of weeks. The collapse always comes down to wigger failures. That’s part of why Blood Games was so good, it ended before it had time to implode from the usual bullshit.

Sam seems to have distanced himself from the show’s production entirely. He was never really in character during Season 4 and clearly looked more focused on his own projects, which he has a lot of. Does he even still stream with Jet? I honestly have no idea. If I were Sam, the last thing I’d want is to be dragged into another sexual misconduct scandal. I can’t imagine he’d be thrilled to hear about the Jet/Ellie situation. Sam's still the biggest draw, but not once was he in character for all of S4. The idea of him coming back for a Season 5 and giving a good performance seems pretty unlikely.

Your recommendations for what needs to happen aren’t wrong, But I don't think any of it is actually going to happen.

Fish tank is Jet's show. Jet is a /r9k/ loser tripfag who used to cry on 4chan about being a lonely incel loser. And now that he finally has a bit of pussy and attention it’s no surprise that nothing has moved forward with S4.5 or S5 in the last five months. Carnal urges and drug habits don’t leave much room for discipline. Getting the show back on track would take real work, focus, and sacrifice. Hiring dick riding faggots like Mints and recruiting attention seeking e-girls with daddy issues aren't going to drive the show forward.

They’ve been kicking the can down the road for years. The shortcuts, loopholes, and lazy fixes have all run dry. Now, for the first time, they’re cornered and the only way out is actual effort.

It’s over.

I think it's impossible to think any season other than 3 had the most effort put into it.

Season 1 was super lazy, that ran out of ideas pretty quickly, they didn't know what they were doing and they probably had no idea how much people were going to engage with it.

Season 2 had more effort, but was not a priority for Sam missed long stretches on tour. They had a plan but nothing to do when it inevitably didn't go how they wanted, and they really just strung it along after two thirds of the cast crashed out half of the was through.

Season 3 easily had the most effort put into it, just maintaining the gas light. Then they had two weeks of these people experiencing real fish tank before going into another high effort gas light. I still say Famous House 2.0 was a great idea that revitalized the last two weeks that were awful in season one and two. They just had the wrong idea having the fish act normal and having voting. It should of been the fish freaking out the rest of the cast being gas lit.

Season 4 was almost back to Season 1 levels of low effort. I think it was a choice to make it happen sooner than intended. Bloodgames 2 had to be delayed, or Sam wanted a season going to promote extreme peace. So they just rolled with something and hoped they could evade the law.

The first time you do anything, it's always the hardest but things get easier with experience. Hence why S1 was the season that had the most effort behind it.

Season 1 was a gamble. No one knew if it would work. It was a massive risk, and the team poured their heart into it. The relationships formed during that season ended up carrying into later seasons more than any that followed. S1 laid the foundation. Subsequent seasons didn’t reinvent the wheel, they just built on what was already there and those additions arent very memorable. Even when things started to go sideways in season 1, they never gave up on it. No other season of fish tank matches up to this.

They had to rig a house up with cameras, speakers, and microphones. They had to find a cast of spergs. They had to build a streaming platform... etc etc etc

No other season had this kind of from the ground up development behind it.

Season 2 early on appears to have been worked on with some effort (if you ignore wiggers bailing buckets of shit water out of the basement on day 1), the house and costuming wasnt done by any of the wiggers. The person responsible for it got fired with no explanation. When things started going south around the two week mark the wiggers gave up entirely. \

As for Season 3, I don't get the praise. What effort went into S3? Ben acting gay for 10 days straight doesn't leave me impressed. Again show falls apart early because it was quickly strung together and poorly thought out. Who would of thought you cant just trap a bunch of people in a mansion? They only had 2 other seasons to figure it out.

Season 4 had the least effort of all. whatever energy was left had completely burned out. Fish tank ran its course.
